this bakery is a garbage , low quality, not much to chose from. i use to go there every day when the great pastry chef/ master baker, that owned it at the time Phillip long a goo 2006 Phillip sold it to this , terrible low class Mexicans, , the bakery is not the same, when Phillip owned, he had over 30 different kind of cakes, all cakes was available in slices, , all Phillips show cases where full at all times , now is nothing to chose from, , no matter what time of the day, Phillip had so many cookies, so many croissants, scones, danish , cinnamon rolls ,, Phillips weeding cakes where the nicest and the very best . free cake sample for as many people you needed. , the place was always full with costumers, now always empty , witch means the product is not selling and is old and expired. . the owner Jose , and her wife and kids , they have no idea how to respect a costumer, never say hi or buy , nor thank you.. always mad and angry , when we call never yes never pick up the phone , ??????????. i wish that Phillip comes back and open a bakery again,. or if anyone know if Phillip has a bakery now please post a ad , and i will be happy to support the very best , please stay away from pastry heaven, they , charge a lot for the lowest quality food, , and dry cakes and all the product is worst than sams club or costco. . the owner are liars and ripoffs, shame on you...

I came to this location by referral, I loved every detail of their cakes etc, my first time I’ve purchased a cake was nice but the main owner was very strict about what I was asking her and didn’t like how I asked for a specific topping. The second time I came to order my daughters cake I ordered a beautiful 3tier cake but I believe I was overpriced, once I picked up the cake it was perfect exactly what I thought but smaller than I expected it would be. I finally left and as I was putting it in my car it tilted and no happy birthday was written on the cake or on the plate how I asked, I went back inside to ask if again the owner if she could write happy birthday and she was very upset the cake had tilted and was talking to me like if I was kid, how to hold and put a cake in the car, I was then not very happy about her service this is now the second time i encountered her service which was not very good I did not ask her to fix it I just asked to finish what I originally asked to have done, she was not very happy with what I asked and was saying rude stuff to the baker which I didn’t appreciate all I know is the cakes and cookies were very nice and tasted amazing but the service I encountered I was upset I was not satisfied with their service and will not be coming back or...

My experience with Pastry Heaven is fantastic! I'm new to this area and I was looking for the bakery who can make a cake for my son's birthday. The only requirement was that cake should look like TNT from Minecraft (cubical shape). I contacted multiple bakeries in 12mi radius and 50% of them replied that design is not easy and they can't make it, some replied to me that they can make it,but because of the challenging design the price will be $500, and the rest hasn't replied at all. Pastry Heaven was the only bakery that replied immediately and they told me they can do it easily. And the PRICE was really good - more than twice less than those other bakeries estimated. It sounded too good to be true. When I saw the cake I was impressed!! All guests were impressed. The cake looked exactly what I wanted. And we were even more impressed when we tried it. It was so delicious, soft and moist and chocolate mousse filling was so light. I would definitely recommend this bakery to everyone, especially if you are looking for the custom design.
