Subway — Restaurant in California

I went in to pick up an online order that should have been ready by 11:49. I showed up to pick up the order, went to the the pick up counter, was not ready. I was not acknowledged as I stood there, I finally had to ask about the order only to be told it was being worked on. That ended up being a lie. As 4 more customers were being assisted the order was still not being prepared. Finally the young lady who was doing whatever in the back came to help the two young men who were struggling. She asked what I needed, I explained I was waiting on an online order which should have been done and again I was told they were working on it, which they weren’t. I explained I had been waiting almost 20 min for this order and all she kept repeating was “were short staffed, you’ll have to wait, customers in line are first”… I was very upset as an online order is a customer as well. I then asked for her name she refused! I asked for the manager, she said she was. I explained I would be calling corporate to complain. I then asked for a business card and she stated they didn’t have any. After pushing fur her name she finally gave me “Maria Gonzales” which I believe may not be true, but she was rude, inconsiderate and not cooperative at all. Even as I was leaving and I explained I would be taking this further she just kept repeating “Bye, you can leave now”” I have never been treated with such disrespect at this store. I know sometimes there is a wait which is fine, but it’s the utter lying and rudeness I don’t appreciate. Good employees are hard to come by I understand but if this how customers are going to be treated, especially by a manger, maybe she needs to find another job as she is going to bring down the establishments...

12 customers in line 3 young ladies working waited 20 minutes now 2nd in line one worker kept getting cell calls and leaving to back room to talk. A young friend walks up to register other two stop making sandwiches and start chatting. Then the one that walked up to register ahead of 12 waiting customers takes out her phone and reads off a large order while one of the workers writes down the order, now only one person making sandwiches. The couple in front of me bailed I followed them out and the two behind me went out the door. No sense of customer service or respect for people...

I had ordered a Footlong cookie, an a footlong cinnamon churro off of door dash at 7:31PM today 10/01/2024 the footlong cookie has given me a really bad stomach ache that feels horrible I've been fighting it since i've ate it not worth it seemed uncooked an my stomach is very upset on the other hand the churro went right in the trash it was cold and tasted like chemicals. i'm not very happy at this type of experience I will not...
