Subway — Restaurant in California

I go in for a salad and get absolutely terrible customer service They asked me for my base I said lettuce and provolone cheese and they toss it over to the payment menu. Then I said I Actually want more than just tuna two pieces of cheese and lettuce, EVERYTIME i added vegetables to my salads I was given attitude “oh now you want this, now you want this one too, any other vegetables or did you forget what you wanted” If I was able to say what I wanted without rude comments in between it would have been quick and over with, I’ve been door dashing since 9:30 AM and came in at 2 am because I had 3 hours left till my shift was done and had a better attitude. I do not recommend this subway to anyone who goes in after midnight or at all, if you hate your job don’t take it out on customers giving you business. How about hiring or scheduling people who are energetic and not stressed out degrading you on your order EVERYTIME you add add a vegetable. WILL NEVER be going there again. Definitely gonna be doing more then a Yelp review gonna call and complain about the lack of customer service to people who just want food after working all day...

While walking into the subway, I noticed that during this lockdown world, it was barren; however, this all changed as I noticed the grin of a happy employee that had a twinkle in his eye willing to help me as both a customer, and as a new friend. I went through my order, ordering something a bit complex, but this employee seemed to understand it perfectly. As I left, now feeling as refreshed as ever since the start of lockdown, I asked this fine man what his name was. His name, was Simeon. Usually this subway is good, but today I had a bad experience. I understand this can happen sometimes but it still is not acceptable within the bounds of food safety and standards. Today I got a sandwich and ate my first half and was all good but in my second half I tasted something crunchy. Basically what I found was a piece of some unknown purple plastic that somehow managed to get into my food.
