Subway — Restaurant in California

This place HAS to be the worst subway on EARTH. First of all, the Indian lady was the rudest most disrespectful person that I have ever talked to in my years of living. HORRIBLE, and I mean DISGRACEFUL, UNACCEPTABLE costumer service. Lets start off with saying why it was so bad. I walk in happy with my spouse of 3 years to get a lovely meatball sub with sourdough bread. (sourdough, not white, not italian. sourdough.) So I go to order and as it is my turn, she gives me the dirtiest look like she just shit her pants, so I immediately started to wonder why and just go along to order. As I say my order, she scoffs. Excuse me? Why are you making fun of my meatball sub. Anyways, she was acting as if I was bothering her. Seriously, her eyes rolled when I asked for extra sauce, and she practically threw the sandwich together. Like, is it that hard to be a little bit nice? It totally killed my appetite, and honestly, it made me wanna just walk out. Then, she starts to heat up my sandwich so im just talking to my husband and i realize, wow the time has passed for a while now. So i tell her, is my sub ready yet? Then she proceeds to give me the dirtiest nastiest look ever while taking out my BURNT SUB. At this point I don’t even feel like agruing so i pay for my food and leave. While me and my spouse were on our way back home, I decide to take a bite of my sub. Just to find out it was WHITE BREAD. Excuse me, WHITE? Is it really that hard to get the bread correct?!? I have been coming here for several years. It’s the best subway in terms of taste of sandwiches and the service. Subs taste much better than elsewhere likely due to attention that ladies pay towards the right proportions while making a sandwich.
