Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

they changed the dollar menu I liked a lot. they didn't just raise the price but got rid of all 4 of the things I would order. the feedback I just replaced said that they had a good dollar menu and was open til at least 10. half of that is still true but I haven't been back since because I don't know what to order or if they even have anything I will eat. the guy that helped me did a great job with me and my order. he did a good job explaining the changes and made me tostada's still which made me happy and that was cool since I was frustrated and on break and hungry without time to go elsewhere. I gave 2 stars 1 for being open and til late. and one for that guy that helped me. he also took care of me another time and went out of his way to feed me despite being out of beef and most stuff and only open for 5 min longer he made me a steak tostada and frito burrito with steak and both of those were awesome and I would definitely order those if I could. not only can I not I can't even get the beef ones. the steak ones were really good and when I was a kid I swear I remember a tostada that had beef and beans that would be great also. I dont like slimy sauces or white sauces or vegetables and the menu now breaks my heart and belly. My family and I had went to the taco bell here in Ramona a lot of times and then after never being overdrawn in over 10 years with wells Fargo I had 2 charges that weren't made by us from taco bell that put me overdraft 21.91 I believe was the total so I talked to Chad(the owner) and he said they didn't give cash back just food credit. So after I ended up having to pay the overdraft charge at my bank it was almost 57.00. He said he would take care of it in food credit. He wouldn't answer my calls while waiting in his restaurant but called his manager back and told her just 3 meals no more. I ended up getting just under 13 dollars worth of food that cost me 56.91 total with my bank. If I would have known he was going to play it like that I would have filed fraudulent charges instead of trying to help not put any bad things on his business since variety is good in Ramona. I know recommend that residents here pick another place and none of my family will be returning there after having an owner try to pull one over on a customer. Only taco bell that I've ever been to that makes potato tacos so tiny...if I ask for extra cheese i get a normal amount ..the potatoes are hardly there and alot of the times don't taste fresh. Super bummed out since I love taco bell and I live in Ramona now. Brought up that they hardly put any cheese when I ask for extra and she said "well we only give a pinch, and when you ask for extra you get two pinches" she said I could come get them remade and asked if I had the tacos with me and I said yes I have them with me so I gave her my tacos. Pretty sure I got the exact same tacos back. . I pay 50cents per taco for a tiny pinch of extra cheese should be free Makes no sense. 🤦‍♀️They would get so much more business if they made the food better. Other taco Bell's I get three and here I have to order five...
