TOTALLY AVOID THIS PLACE!! Arrogant staff and worst dining experience. Not worth wasting an evening.

Edit - look at the arrogance in blaming a customer who had a bad experience. Questions about menu ("boneless wings is not wings" when asked if they have boneless wings) were answered rude. Who cares what you think about wings? You just answer the question about menu. Making faces and silent cursing on children in the restaurant. When you cannot provide the menu items for what ever reasons, why do you even have it on the menu? Did we ask for faster delivery? Who are you to decide how soon I want my food? This is ARROGANCE ! All the family had very bad headache after this experience.

My husband and I ordered ahead from The Road Grill & Pizza, planning to pick up our food and eat on the road. From the very beginning, the customer service over the phone was excellent—friendly and welcoming.

When we arrived, there was a couple ahead of us looking at the menu, and the gentleman behind the counter was busy making pizzas. Despite that, he took a moment to smile, greet us, and ask if we had placed a phone order. We mentioned that we wanted to dine in instead of taking it to go, and without hesitation, he warmly welcomed us to stay.

A few minutes later, our food arrived, and wow—our first bite was incredible! The pizza was perfectly thin with an amazing crunchy crust, a rich and flavorful tomato sauce, and fresh toppings. We had ordered it well done, and it was cooked to perfection. The hot wings were just as delicious—crispy and packed with flavor.

When I placed a phone order and requested it "to go," I did not anticipate being hassled by an employee questioning whether I actually intended to take it to go, simply because I wanted to sit and wait for my order.

Additionally, I was taken aback by the 10% upcharge for dining in, which I find unappealing distasteful, and unnecessary. This extra charge, combined with the lack of customer service from staff, gives a "ghetto" impression that undermines the overall experience.
