The Oaks Grille — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

My husband and I dined here a few years back and he wanted to do something special for Valentines so he called for two weeks to get a reservation. When he finally got a hold of someone (no one bothered to call back), they state that we are confirmed for our reservation. We get babysitters, arrange our schedule, only to show up and not be on the books because apparently they are members only dinning. This wasn't the case when we went years ago, and the lady on the phone didnt explain that nor did they call us back when the took us off the books to explain the situation.
