Ordered 2 sandwiches take out around 5pm on Saturday night.

NONE of the requested accommodations were done. It’s like they were totally ignored. On one sandwich where we had requested mayo, mustard, and another sauce, NONE were included. It’s completely dry as you can see from the picture. Minimal tuna on the sandwich. Not many vegetables despite our request. Looked like it was sloppily put together. You get more meat and veggies at Subway even. Only good part was I liked their Dutch crunch roll, though as others have commented, it was rather hard.

On my wife’s sandwich, she requested no Mayo, yet they put Mayo on hers.

They were going to try and charge us $5 for a small bag of chips until my wife corrected them on the price.

Minimal customer service. The 2 guys working looked like they could care less.

Definitely do NOT recommend. It’s a waste of money. There are WAY better options out there. Will definitely not return. This place is NOT worth your business.

These people do not know how to make a Sandwich right!! They have no idea what goes on what?? Or even make a reference on which sandwiches should be toasted or which sandwiches should just have the ingredients posted on their specialty sandwiches and not add on extra stuff that’s basic. Every time I get a sandwich here is way too much stuff on the sandwich and it doesn’t taste right and it falls apart. And when I asked for references on what goes on one and what taste good they have horrible service and they say I don’t know I just make the sandwiches. I tried this place several different times hoping it will get better because I work nearby and every time I am disappointed.Over priced and always gross! I think it’s this location the employees aren’t very good and they don’t know how to make a sandwich right. I would avoid this place at all costs go to Jersey Mike’s instead they make better sandwiches which is in the same...

Service was absolutely horrible. I watched the manager yell at a customer for attempting to read a label on a drink after it was stocked improperly. I can’t believe that any establishment could treat their PAYING CUSTOMERS like this. I am personally repulsed by this location and the employees there disappointed me. The sandwiches were sloppy and they lack many menu items that are featured in their online menu. I will never spend my money here again, coming here was an absolute waste of my time and money. I will never recommend this place to anyone else, If anything I will alert future customers of their unprofessional behavior...
