Viscuso's Pizza & Draft House — Restaurant in California

Went here a couple weeks ago with my family on a Monday and it was good. So we came back last Sunday 9/24/25 and when our pizzas came out, there was hardly any cheese on them. Picture a checker board, or a net of cheese. Half of the cheese was missing and it was half just dough and sauce. We let the staff know and the kid making the pizza came out and informed us that they weigh all of their cheese out per pizza and proceeded to give us a lesson on pizza dough and how it bubbles and the cheese falls off of the bubbles when it cooks. Wow. I never knew how pizza was cooked and that it bubbles! 😳 Maybe they weighed out a small pizza's worth for a large pizza. Nevertheless, they offered us a credit, but when the transaction cleared the bank, they instead charged us TWICE for the total. We will not be going back. I don't appreciate being patronized about how pizza cooks, like we've never had a pizza before. The pizzas we had 2 weeks before weren't stingy with the cheese. Could've and should have been handled differently...

Ordered a large pizza and pretzel bites (menu said they come with beer cheese or mustard). The gal taking our order didn't speak to us at all aside from releasing the order back robotics. It was awkward. A few minutes later she dropped off the pretzels with no sauce and walked away quickly. I followed to the front counter to ask about sauce, and she kept her back turned to the clubs, ignoring me and another customer for at last a few minutes until the kitchen guys pointed us out. When I asked for dipping sauce she said they don't have beer cheese anymore but could go ask (which was awkward). She went in the back for a few minutes and came back with beer cheese, set it on the counter without saying anything and walked off awkwardly. It just all around was a strange interaction. 6 wings, a beer and a salad tip included around 30 dollars. The beer choices are mediocre......totally. When they were Mountain Mikes it eas real good.

Salad bar was clean, mostly fresh definitely NOT the mushrooms OMG thoroughly wilted. Everything else was real good like the diversity.

Problem is i ordered 6 wings hot and waited 45 minutes finishing my mediocre beer and salad only to have to go get a refund for food thay never came on a reciept i had to ask for that listed the items (see what i mean? Demand the reciept i had to use for a refund?) Then get my refund all the while AFTER i even tipped. He did offer to make them but i dont have time.

I cant come back. Their service isnt very good and their beer isnt quality...
