I come to morango 2x a month or so ..came for for my birthday in Feb was told it would be a 45 min wait for food .because i had family with me .we waited ..this particular day ..they had 4 people call out and the lady manager had the order taker keep taking orders the kitchen could NOT keep up with .instead of just like 2.. or 3 orders letting the kitchen catch up .there was a lobby person which the manager did not utilize..she kept him in the lobby with not much or nothing to do ..instead of calling him to pass-out orders she left him in the lobby a wasted usefull person who really could had helped ...and she should had jumped back to help the kitchen ..not stand up front waiting for 1 order at a time ..they had frys n onion rings sitting under the heat lamp ..by the time they got the burgers the frys were old and cold we finally got our order almost an hour .. and all of it was cold and frys soggy..I did not see any sense in complaining since I see the ordertaker Amanda was doing her best ..my neice and I have been managers at fast food restaurants and we were compelled to help ..but knew we couldn't..it so sad watching the crew work thier buts off and poor decisions from the "manager "...I personally was embarrassed because I recommended here ...on my next visit .today I found out 1 of my favorite people who was always so kind and made my husband's burger just perfect..was fired ...Ben..who also was a veteran and e and my husband had something in common I seen Ben and Amanda work so hard togeather they pretty much ran this place im very dissapointed Ben is gone ..when you have 4..people call in at the same time and no back up people to cover ..that should alone tells you there's something wrong with mgmt..as the owner it's something you should adress ..Bring Ben Back ..make him a manager ..and Amanda an asst..2 of your best strongest people to use as examples to the rest of your crew..make everyone is cross trained on every position so your people are usefull and can cover any position needed ..it truly makes me sad to have to write this because we love Wahlbergers ...thank you for...
Read moreHonestly so overrated. This is Just another celebrity restaurant that only gets clout from fans rather than the people who actually try their food.
For starters there are NO vegan options unless you’re okay with customizing EVERYTHING you order to make it vegan (the impossible burger isn’t even vegan!!) so if you have dietary restrictions I would stay away from here.
Now for the non vegan options, which are hardly worth mentioning. Especially when you have to wait 34 minutes for your food. Yes I timed it. The onion rings are so thin you’d be able to see right through them! They really just flat out taste very odd, it’s either the seasoning or the batter but given that only half of the onion rings I had were battered I’d guess the seasoning. The Jen’s chicken sandwich was not for me. The honey something mayonnaise and the fried onions do not pair well and I could only force myself to eat a couple of bites before I got sick of it.
The only good thing that I had was the beer!! Which I would sip after every bite to wash the food down and that’s saying A LOT considering I actually really don’t like beer at all. So well done at that one!
The location I visited may have not had as many options as other locations but given that it’s right next to a giant luxury mall and in a casino you’d think they’d pull all the stops considering the fairly large kitchen they have. I would not try this place again quite frankly.
I only rated this place two stars for the beer and the poor workers that have to work at a celebrity fever...
Read moreWe visit wahlburgers tonight and was a little disappointed. We clearly asked the cashier 4 fresh french fries and as we waited for wahlburgers employees to bring our food we watch our food sit for at least a good 20 minutes before they brought it out to us. So by the time we got the fries they was cold and who puts pepper on their fries. I did not care for the pepper on my fries it was nasty and the fries was cold. The burger I give it a 4 I had got the double cheeseburger and asked for bacon and she didn't give me bacon. I think the wahlburgers employees need to do less talking and getting their french fries and plates out to the customer while it's still hot. Very disappointed and I heard so much about it and I think one of the relatives was there it didn't impress me. I wasn't impressed I give it one star for the whole experience. Also I ended up throw my French fries away in the trash that was a waste of money. I think the food is overpriced and they're only using the actor name to up the price. He needs to stick to acting...
