White Raven — Restaurant in California

They don't have blended drinks and when I asked the guy at the cash register what kind of cold drinks they had he said "pretty much anything you could think of!" First thought I had was, "Frap?" And his response was "oh but we don't do blended drinks"... So that's not anything I could think of is it? Just kind of a crummy management situation and the machine that you swipe your card with was very aggressive in the tipping section of checkout.... I didn't feel like they deserved a tip because I settled with what drink I got and it basically made me tip unless I clicked "No tip" which felt weird cuz he was staring at me do it.... 4 stars...

Ordered two coffees and two bagels left $3 tip coffee's came out. It was really busy so I knew the bagels would take a little while stuck around waited 10 minutes asked if my bagels were still coming they said yes stuck around waited 10 more minutes few other people got their food orders and bagels ask again they said it's coming waited another 5 minutes went to the front to buy a book asked about my bagels they said oh yeah sorry it's been busy we never started them I got a refund. Really not cool waiting around half an hour they never even started my food. I feel betrayed never...

I’m a HUGE fan of small mom & pop shops, so the the amount of positive reviews for such a small shop immediately was on my radar. There was a bit of a wait for our drinks, but that’s to be expected for a busy and small ship with one barista and machine.

My boyfriend I got : mexi mocha, white chocolate mocha, chocolate chip cookie, cranberry lemon bread and onion bagels.

Only thing I’d “negatively” remark on is that the fresh ground peanut butter was pretty dry. But other then that nothing but amazing staff...
