JUST PROCESS MY REFUND!!!!!
On May 23rd me and my wife ordered online for pick-up. Once the food got to the house (which is about 10mins away) and we change out of our work attire we decide to sit down to eat dinner. Already we can tell that the chicken is a little over fried but seeing as we go to WingStop all the time we figured it would be okay to just eat what we had and give them a call later and see if they would redo the order another day. Sadly this was not the case, we called down and the clerk said she would have to speak to the manager to see what she could do. The young lady then calls the manager on another line (we can hear the entire conversation) and the manager ask if we had eaten most of the meal. I know the normal human being wouldn't eave the house go take an ENTIRE 30$ meal back to the store to wait for another batch but the manager seems to think otherwise. I shared with the manager that we ate just over half of the food and it was not enjoyable but seeing as we are loyal customers we thought they could work something out. NO! The manager offers us 10% off the next order......WHHHAAAAAAT?!?!?!? I shared with them that that was simply unacceptable and again the young lady was respectful saying she understood but thats all the manager could do. Seeing as I wasn't satisfied I called the 1-877-411-WING number to address it with someone who really could help. Well, they offered me a 10$ gift card, which if offered to me from the start I MIGHT have accepted but instead after the poor costumer service I requested a refund. They said that would be doable and forwarded my info to the store to process my 32$ refund. This was on May 23rd, after 4 more phone calls and multiple days later I still have not received my refund. I am beyond upset and annoyed at the service I have received and I will not be brining my money to this...
Read moreMy disable son ordered a family bundle meal that came with boneless wings, fries and rolls. My son asked if the meal came with fries and rolls. He was told it does over the phone.( I was sitting right next to him) my son also asked the person taking the order if they could put each flavor in a different container because he has sensory issues. We pick up the order and all the wings are in the same container and the fries and rolls are missing. I call back and let the staff know and ask if we can have our order remade. The person who answered the phone was very rude. I felt like she was judging me for my sons disability. I asked to speak to the manager and she straight up told me no. She said they’re not responsible for the order because we already picked it up and took it home. I have never had a business not be compassionate or understanding of special request made by my disabled son. We have been practicing adult skills and I guess this is a valuable lesson to him that some business’ discriminate against disabled people. Read moreBeing the ONLY Wing Place in my area, often has me forgetting, I don't LIKE this place, but I had a hunger for wings, again. This is the 3rd time I stopped in and the 3rd time I was GREATLY Disappointed. 1) ALL the tables were dirty, spills on them sauce on them 2) the coke vending machine had no ice, again, and this time, ran out of coke 1/2 way filling my glass, the 3 employees working there said they couldn't do anything, they needed the manager to fix it and he wasn't there 🤔 3) I asked for veggies and when I got home, opened the bag, their was fries dumped in all over, while they were seasoned well and tasted good, I wanted the veggies... the chicken was over cooked, dry and was not even inviting to eat... .so my $20 lunch more or less fed the trash can. Every time I have gone there, I have had one or more of these experiences, so I won't be BACK! I'll go down the way and get a Great sandwich from Beach Hut and a Beer for $20 with a clean atmosphere and 3 tvs and great music playing.... 🤔 wish I could give Wingstop negative stars... now that I think about it in comparison to other places to eat in...
