Caln Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Caln Township

I ordered 3 pastas and 3 salads along with their bread rolls (that's what the combo comes with) but I only received 2 pastas and 1 salad. When I called they blamed the driver and asked to contact DoorDash. However, they admitted it was their fault and DoorDash only refunded me $8 for the pasta since the salads were the restaurant's fault. The restaurant asked me to lie so they would refund me more and I said I couldn't do that so "the solution" was order a pasta and they will send you the salads. If I order it through DoorDash it would be $16.99 (pasta) minus the $8 in credits but I would also have to pay $3 in taxes plus $7 for shipping since it is a minimum order of $20. I spoke to the restaurant and they told me to go pick up 2 salads myself but that they wouldn't give me the money and I told them that I already paid more than $ 50 dollars for my food and also the delivery that I can't drive 20 minutes for two salads plus all the money I spent and they didn't care at all so in the end they didn't solve anything. This was the food of a woman who had surgery and her two daughters now they had to eat with what they received. Since we moved to the Thorndale area when I was 7, I'm now 36, we shortly after discovered this gem. It was a treat whenever my dad decided to order from them, and still is today. Growing up i never lost my love for Caln Pizza or the wonderful caring staff that runs it. When I became pregnant with my now 12 year old it was all I craved, and again when I was pregnant with my now 8 year old. It doesn't surprise me that they both name it as the best ever pizza shop in the world and ask to frequent it at least once a week. The food is delicious, always fresh, and made with quality ingredients and most importantly love. They have a huge menu, the tiramisu is to die for. The atmosphere is family oriented, casual, and feels like home. Although ownership has changed, it was passed to someone who has worked there as long as I can remember and has kept the same Caln Pizza vibe my whole family loves. Despite the ridiculous rise in food costs lately, it's still affordable. We've never once had a bad experience or even complaint. It's always a good time, and we always leave feeling content and like we just visited family. I have a feeling my grandchildren and generations to come in my family will stay loyal die hard fans of this excellent...

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Holy moly!! This place is awesome. There's not enough Stars to rate the place properly. Pow, the pizza was excellent. I've been asking delis and pizza shops for decades to saturate the bread on my hoagies with vinegar and these people are the first to listen and get it right. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! I went in on a Friday night, the place was packed and the phones ringing off the hook but somehow the girl at the front counter took my order immediately as I walked through the door, what a woman. The guys there were all highly skilled technicians focused on theirs tasks at hand and like a well oiled machine the place was a symphony of deliciousness.

Just a side note to all you failing businesses... Enjoy a trip to this attraction, take notes when you're in there. This place DOES IT RIGHT! They listen to their customers. They hear what their customers say. They take notes of what the customer said. They then confirm what they have written to make sure every order is made precisely how the customer wishes.
