Lily's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Caln Township

Awesome pizza, cheesesteaks, wings, salads & hoagies! I ordered a special order with each hoagie and they both came perfect. Amazing portion on that hoagie and super fresh cut deli meat & cheese! They use the pepper ham that my fiancee loves so much. Pizza has lots of cheese and sauce is good as well, i ordered both well done and they came cooked perfectly. Delivery was on time & the food was hot when i got into my first piece of pizza. Judging based upon being a local cook my whole life this is best pizza, hoagie and cheesesteak in thorndale without a doubt (i've had them all ALOT). Cheesesteak is massive and meat was cooked to perfection, the order was made just as asked with extra mushrooms & fried onion on it just like a classic philly cheesesteak. There is already mozarella put into the meat and the onions come diced very nice addition to make it all hold together in the roll. I personally ordered the cheese wiz sauce on the side to top my cheesesteak off it was well worth it to. Wings were amazing with the homemade lilys sauce they do fresh in the pan on the stove top. Its a really unique twist on mild sauce and is one of its own to me as a sauce cant compare it to another, so good though. Very meaty wings NOT frozen, all prepped fresh and no doubt one of the BEST deals around for wings. Mom loved the lily's salad, it had shrimp, chicken and eggs above a beautiful bed of fresh greens. Presentation was out of this world it shows they really care. Everytime i go here i feel really welcome and the staff treats me like one of the family, will be happy to come back for a cannoli...

Okay, so I haven't eaten there myself but this review is about EXCELLENT SERVICE! I was in the LabCorp next door for a blood draw. The place was overflowing with walk-ins and those with appointments and there was only ONE girl doing everything herself! She was overwhelmed! When she drew my blood, her tummy was growling. When I left, I decided to buy her a meal from this pizza place right next door. The pizza girl knew the lab lady's favorite meal and let me buy it for her, and sent someone over to deliver it to the girl. I have yet to follow up with the poor lab girl, but I am SURE she got her meal hot, and fresh made! These folks at the pizza place are AWESOME to help me, help someone else! This is how the world needs to be, we need to help each other! Yay pizza place, y'all rock! Thank you for helping me help someone who was hungry and was too busy to stop and get her own food! ...

We order from Lily's frequently. Tonight our pizza arrived an hour and a half after we ordered. I get it...it's a Saturday night it is busy. Our pizza arrived and it was cold (which has happened before but we gave them the benefit of the doubt)!!!! After closer inspection...there was no sauce on the pizza! We aldo ordered a salad that came with garlic bread. Literally a tiny spot garlic mixture on the bread. We called twice...finally got a manger the second time...or so she said. When we were transferred and asked if she was the manager we got a..."ummm yeah I guess so!" We told them issue with the pizza and bread. We declined being sent another pizza....we were not waiting another hour. No offer to discount or refund our money. We told the manager we were done ordering with them and she could care less! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...
