9/13 and 9/14/25
2 days in a row we got breakfast. Both days we had to recook all of the food. sausage patty's still dripping with water from being frozen (not grease), bread half toasted and cold, hash browns soaked in water and grease because it wasn't cooked all the way. Just horrible.
Today the 14th we did mobile order again, I go in the store, grab my coffee and then check to see if my food was ready. It was not ready. Okay not a big deal. I notice some of my orders on the counter. So I waited to see how long it will take for them to complete my order by getting the rest of my order and putting it together in the take out bag. 12 minutes go by, food just sitting there still and the girl behind the counter has been staring at the computer screen and the counter top this WHOLE time doing ZERO work. She finally notices me and ask if I'm waiting for an order. I said yeah the one you have been sitting on for the past 12 minutes. I didn't even know there was a guy behind me at the cash register and he wasn't doing anything either! But he started moving when he heard me complain and finished my order.
And when I get home... Would you look at that?.... All the food was undercooked again. What garbage employees. They need some older people in their and not all these young kids who don't do anything unless an adult is working with them to give them directions. It's the generation of the hand holders. You have to hold their hand and show them the way. Do Better Wawa because I hear Sheetz is getting closer to us. I'm mighty excited about that because over the years your food has gone down the crapper, especially with the deli meats. That went down hill the moment you started making the super Wawa's. I miss the old legacy store Wawa, they had good deli meat...
Read moreSome of the deli workers at this Wawa don’t follow proper procedures and have trash customer service skills. A few always seem miserable and act like they don’t want to be there, while others are unprofessional and sloppy with orders. Some of the newer employees they’ve brought in are even worse.
On top of that, there’s a crowd of smokers and strung-out people camping out in front of the store, treating it like their personal hangout. Sitting on the floor or standing near the trash cans, leaving garbage everywhere and turning the entrance into something that looks like a street corner drug den. It’s disgusting and makes the whole place feel like a circus.
Management—including Gabby and Tony—need to get their act together. This Wawa desperately needs better training, staff who actually care, and leadership that knows how to keep the store clean and professional. The whole place is a wreck, and I doubt this is how Wawa wants their stores to look. Maybe Wawa corporate needs to step in and wipe the slate clean and replace this crew if local management can’t get this mess...
Read moreUnfortunately this is the only Wawa close enough to work for me to run out to grab a quick sandwich or (this time of year) a Gobbler bowl.
More than not, my order is messed up. Unripe tomatoes, stuff missing from my sandwich, stuff on my sandwich I did not order etc.
I get it this place is busy, but there should be no reason for the number of times I've ordered a Gobbler bowl: Half Mashed Potatoes, half stuffing, roast turkey, cranberry sauce. Simple right? On the ticket right? Not in my bag, I double check for cranberry sauce every time I order now.
Another time I order a shorti from THEIR favorites menu: Turkey, Cheese, Jalapenos, Light Horse Radish Sauce on the roll topped with lettuce. They forgot the jalapenos that time.
Do I keep going here? Sure. Why? It's Wawa, they're generally pretty quick to get you in and out.
Lets face it though, Wawa just isn't what it used to be. Once upon a time there was care taken in your order. I think now there are entirely too many options which could be throwing the...
