Having manners & any basic understanding of customer service would make this place run better. The guy on the phone taking my order took awhile to get my order he kept saying "i cant hear you, what was that". i hung up in frustration and ordered two hours later for dinner instead of lunch. The order was for one large sweet & sour chicken with a small order of roasted pork lo mein. Order took almost an hour to get here after 45 minutes i got a call asking what my address was AGAIN. I told them the correct address & they just said ok then hung up 10 minutes later they show up read the total shove the bag in my face.Then he walks off with not saying thank you once or anything like sorry for being late? pretty sad how bad the customer service was. If I could give this place no stars I would as one star is generous. Food is terrible and over priced. Recently ordered won ton soup and the broth was watered down. It literally had no taste. I had other family members who tasted it and said the same thing. Had to put it down the drain. The shrimp fried rice was worse. Shrimp were like mush and rice was dried out like it had been kept out in a warmer. Egg roll was burnt. Paid 40.00 for my food and husband’s. I use to order here all of the time. However, their customer service SUCKS!!!! First of all every time I order they tell me 30-45 mins (for delivery) however majority of the time it's about an hour or later. I will say their food is ok (for the area). However, the last straw is they just delivered my food(45 mins) and once I tip the driver, he say's I didn't have to tip him i could have just kept my money ($4 on a $16 bill) b/c it cost him more to start his car. I have never heard of nor experienced that before. I will never buy from them again. It's sad b/c I was a loyal customer. OH well!!!! On to...
