The receipt reflects "Carl" however I was served by a blonde female early 50s possibly. I ordered a small cappuccino blast with whip cream and cinnamon made with pralines vs vanilla ice cream. The lady did not tell me the total just to pull up. When I got to the window she asked what I ordered. There was only one vehicle in front of me. I repeated my order as she entered it for the first time. After she accepted my payment she requested I pull up and she would bring the order right out. 4 cars and 17 minutes later I was still waiting for her to come out. I re enter the drive thru to see her handing a gentleman a large cappuccino blast. When he pulls away I pull up and the blonde has left the window yet it's open. I honked to get anyone's attention and she came to the window and asked how she might help me. She didn't even remember who I was. I handed her my receipt and asked for a refund while questioning why she didn't come out. She responded I can't leave my register why would I come out to you as she reviewed my receipt. I responded because you said you would. Well, she says, there was no one else to cover my register. I asked how she was able to make the large cappuccino blast for the gentleman who just pulled off without asking him to pull up. Her response was that I pull forward in order to get a refund because I've been in her window too long now her timer is going.....how is that my problem? Utterly disgusted - service was trash. I remained at the window until the manager came and refunded the order. The much younger female manager did not apologize or address the issue, just opened the window with cash and said, we can't return refunds on card here's the cash and walked away after...

My ice cream, Nutty Coconut had chunks of ice in it. The Mint Chocolate Chip was more like an Oreo ice cream with very little mint flavor. Also got a quart of Jamocha Almond Fudge. The quality and taste/texture of all the ice cream was more like ice milk. Very watery even though it was frozen. Asked to add a scoop in a cup once we got to the window and the clerk said 'I can't take orders at the window '.???????? What happened to the quality at Baskin Robbins. No receipt given. The lady at the drive through was RUDE bc she was jelly of me bc I met our family nest. Pls don’t go here bc they r not friendly like cabby. Go to the one in Munster much nicer and more friendly.
