When you try to contact them for part replacement they talk to you as if you are lying and making it up. I quote I told Mike that my back leg on my couch broke and he had me send a thousand videos and kept saying ā even thought it doesnāt look broken we ordered u another oneā they treated me as if I just wanted new parts for no reason. Furniture is cheap just looks good and might I add they didnāt mention it when I bought the couch but told me when I called for repair that it was only a 30 day warranty Iāll never shop here again and I would never recommend if I new them what I knew now that $3000 credit lease isnāt even worth it but your furniture or go to a store that is a household name seriously I feel trapped by these weekly payments and they are rude and unprofessional after point of sale the worst ever...

I called to cancel the furniture delivery and Mike in the store told me it would cost me almost $700 to cancel. He was friendly in store. But as soon as I didn't need his product anymore he tried to convince me to keep it, then proceeded to tell me that there was no one higher than him that I could speak to about the situation (I'm about to fact check that statement after I finish writing this review). That is almost 50% of my purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Why would I pay for furniture I didn't receive? If I could rate this store negative stars I would. Go to Darvin's. Heck even go to IKEA before you go see anyone...
