Thr chicken was dry, there was hardly any sauce on fries, the flavor just was not what it used to be. My family used to love this restaurant. When my children were in elementary and highschool this place was a favorite. Now people have graduated from college and when we order it is consistently a disappointment or just ok. I hope they reinstitute the care and expertise that made them a favorite. Cook food fresh, your customers can tell if it has been sitting for a long time, plus old food does not retain heat like fresh food does. Please STOP skimping on the sauce. The sauce is the best, but small amounts of it make the food seem dry and bland. Even when we ask for extra sauce, and offer to pay, we still get like 50 percent of what we used to. I order a tommy Burger meat was burnt and they put 2 strands of gyro meat on there. Fries were cold and I paid for extra mild sauce and didn’t get it, I decided to order a gyro sandwich instead and they insisted on me paying 3 extra dollars for it. Instead of taking care of it for the inconvenience. They tried giving me a refund instead of remaking my order, they took my refund and slammed the door in my face and screamed they were closed. Called back the next day. And they lied and said they gave me my refund and that there’s nothing they can do! That’s a lie! And I’ll never be back again. I'm a very, VERY picky eater, but there rib tips and fries are the BOMB.COM. THE RIBS WERE TENDER AS MOTHERS LOVE, AND THE FRIES WAS OFF THE CHAIN. I just wish they gave a little more food I don't know if I'm being served lower portions than everyone due to this hate against me or that is there normal serving. If so, they should give more food for the cost. I was not a fan of the links they should try some new ones. The pizza puffs were good too.
