The Diary Queen on the 35th Block of Broadway in Gary, Indiana is charging customers 2 to 3 times the regular price of items listed on the drive thru menu and scamming a lot of low income families in the area out of money. The alleged manager, a young woman with braces alleged that they have been charging double or almost triple for quite some time and commiting false advertisement because the owner of that Dairy Queen in Gary, Indiana by Indiana University Northwest just "doesn't have time to change the sign's prices but changed them on the register". That Dairy Queen should be investigated for fraud. You should read the reviews about 3506 Broadway Gary, IN and see how other customers are overcharged, get poor service, and get disrespected. You don't even get a receipt when you buy food from there. The employees must be pocketing a lot of money. At the Dairy Queen in other parts of NWI, my parent's order today would have been $7.89 but the Gary IN Dairy Queen on Broadway wanted $17.49! How does that make sense? Someone needs to investigate this place for scamming...

i had recently turned in an application a little under a week ago and today i called to check the status of my application and they answered then hung up within 3 seconds. i only got to say hello and they hung up. i ended up calling a couple more tikes then left it alone cause they could have been busy, then about an hour later i called multiple more times and they let it ring. i ended up calling TEN times and STILL got no answer. even if i do get the job i dont think i would like to work in a place of business that doesn't feel the need to answer theyre phone when a potential customer/employee calls. the food is also very gross they never fill the blizzards up. just overall terrible terrible service...

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I ordered treats for eleven people and they got every item spot-on. The young lady at the drive-thru repeated my order once I completed it and again once I picked it up at the window. She was patient while I deliberated what to get and was professional and courteous throughout my visit. Also, my order was ready in less than ten minutes. I should say that 4 of the items were Blizzards. I was so happy they have a dairy-free Dilly bar for my Sister, who is dairy sensitive. If you happen to be in Gary and driving on Broadway, stop by this location and pick up delicious treats...
