Miller Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Calumet Township

I recently moved to the neighborhood on my second delivery order they charged my card an additional $9.75 without my permission. The delivery driver which was a woman was upset because I asked her not to park in my grass anymore. She calls me back 45 minutes after the pizza was delivered to ask me not to park in my own driveway shortly after I check my card and I found there was an additional charge on my card without permission. I called back up there numerous times and no one will answer my calls and they blocked my main number. If you deal with them definitely use cash. Very deceiving regardless of whether you're mad at someone you don't take additional money off of their card without permission. I wonder how many other people they did that to and this just happened on Miller Ave they have good pizza but I will not be using their services any longer. I haven't been inside the restaurant in about 30 years it's changed a lot since then. Mostly caters to outside seating in the summer. I think most people only get take out and delivery from here. There's only order at the window for dine in no service person to cater to your needs. There were some very rude people inside dropping f bombs left and right, laughing very loudly. Not a family oriented dining experience anymore. I wouldn't recommend dining in this place anymore. It's slipped a lot after the owner passed away. I would like to say the pizza slipped some in quality in the years, the extra large pizza looked like a normal large. Pizza is always awesome. Today I called and ordered an xl deep dish sausage, and xl pep that was supposed to come with a 2 liter and a side of breadsticks. I specifically asked while on the phone about any specials. I then sent someone all the way out there, and to get a call saying they only made the xl thin crust, no 2 liter comes with it, and the deep dish wasn't even wrote down. I love your pizza guys, please do better. Also, I did call back to try and understand what had happened. Whoever is answering the phone needs to be retrained and have more respect for those who are ordering and spending over 60.00 everytime. Until this issue is fixed, I'll find somewhere...
