Baja Fresh — Restaurant in Camarillo

We spent $38.07 for a couple combo meals of Taquitos and a Tostada Salad. Many things wrong with the quality of this nasty food. Rice was cold, dried out and tasteless. The Lettuce was wilted and almost rotten. The chicken in the Tostada was dry and tasteless. The Taquitos were cold, dry and were like food you would find in the garbage can. I complained and they just offered something else, had the chicken tacos. Again, dry, stale chicken and wilted lettuce. How can we get a refund or some credit to go to a different restaurant? I recently visited Baja Fresh in Camarillo, and it has become my go-to spot for meeting clients halfway between LA and my new home in Ojai. I purchase the street taco combo and a side grilled chicken for my fur baby 🐕

The side is f grilled chicken was terrific as they put it in a nice sealed container.

HOWEVER I was very disappointed in the beans and rice. Both without flavor or even moisture. Rice dry and separated, beans tasted like they just came out of boiling water yet to add the spices.
