I want to get food for dinner spend $30+ dollars when I go home less than 30 minutes later and try to eat the chicken was to hard and NOt a single drop of juice came out of KFC. I called the restaurant a man answer said he was the manager very rude and unprofessional I told him about the food I had just pay for he refuse talk to me and refuse to give me credit for my $30 + dollars I had just spend there. He said I had called 1 hour later and they do not guarantee the food 1 hour later. I called headquarters I end up in the Philippines talked to 3 incompetent people 3 different times. I was promise a voucher well I never got it. I called again and was told they sent the voucher to wrong address. I called this afternoon ask for a manager a so call Supervisor/Manager Leiah told me because the voucher was already sent the store will have to contact me. Read moreWe were the only customers inside at the time and an employee was cleaning the dining room floor when we arrived. We could see three more employees on duty in the kitchen area. Our order included a chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise. Unfortunately, when our food order arrived the chicken sandwich had mayonnaise on it. The kitchen ticket clearly indicated no mayonnaise. While we waited for our order the dining room employee had finished cleaning the floors and gone to the kitchen area. About a third of the dining room tables were soiled with food scraps when we arrived and when we left. No other customers were served in the dining room while we were there but the drive thru was steady. The rest of the food order was warm with passable quality. My daughter opted to not return the chicken sandwich (probably because she do not want to wait) but we did eat in the dining room. Read moreAs long as you don’t order online or go order through the lobby you should get your order in some what of a timely manner, the only thing this location cares about is their drive through times and those aren’t even accurate because they love to park people and make you wait just so their times look like they are quicker than they really are, wonder if the owner is even aware of this. I go into the lobby to pick up an order and you will be told be right with you about three times before someone helps you. You are their bottom priority if your in the lobby.
