I work in retail and have really early mornings some days. We ordered 9 drinks + food + a traveler from the Startbucks app. When a member of my team went to pick up the drinks, the team in the store was VERY RUDE. The manager even made a comment on how it was inconvenient for her that we ordered a traveler before "5:30 in the morning". They also did not have any traveler carriers so I had to send an additional employee over to help her in bringing the drinks back. My first employee asked for help by giving her a box to carry the drinks, and they were so put out by this request and said "we haven't unpacked any". I have so many issues with all of this. Firstly, you work in service and people are going to order things. Secondly, if you have an issue with a larger order when you first open, then don't allow it. Thirdly, we are all human. Just be nice. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Starbucks. We will be taking our $70 orders...

We each enjoyed a hot Impossible Sandwich, which was absolutely deliciousâperfectly toasted, flavorful, and satisfying. The service was impressively quick, with our order ready in no time. The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us with warm smiles. Our dog was welcomed, which made the visit extra special. We noticed another adorable doggo there too, adding to the welcoming vibe.
The atmosphere was bright and spacious, thanks to the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Pleasant music played softly in the background, creating a relaxed and inviting environment. We loved the outdoor seating area, shaded by vibrant yellow umbrellasâa fun and unexpected pop of color (usually green)! There were plenty of parking options, making it super convenient. They did not care and they told me they are very busy. Customer service is very important. It does not mean only selling Cofee to customers.
