Taco Bell — Restaurant in Camarillo

This is a decent location. Service is mostly friendly and fast, and my order is accurate probably 75% of the time. That is, unless I am using a delivery service, then my order is right maybe 15% of the time. They are always leaving items out. Not a super big deal, just something I have come to accept if I want to order delivery. I think my favorite thing about this location is just how cool they are about customized orders. Every time ive gone (4 times) through their drive-thru, my order is messed up. I have simple orders. No mods or crazy demands. Its always a wait just to give your order. Then getting the food is another long wait. The food isnt all that great. No one at the window gives a hello or a smile they stare at you tell you your order and stick ouy their hand. I usually will frequent a place to see uf it was just a bad day but this is regular. Over the cours of 2 months and my 4 visits were all the same says...

Terrible place, worst customer service ever! He messed up our order and once at the window the rude employee who failed at getting it correct in the first place, threw a childlike temper tantrum (read the other reviews, not the first time it’s happened there).

Then the so called, “manager” showed up because of her “employees childlike fit” and she followed up with more pathetic customer service.

Epic fail Taco Bell!
