Subway — Restaurant in Camarillo

I was extremely unhappy and very disappointed with Subway staff members and my visit today. I have been to this restaurant many many times and I've always had great customer service, very friendly smiling faces and polite mannerisms from all employees until today. Working in the healthcare industry primarily in Lab, emergency room, urgent and emergent care I understand the caution taken for mask observant and proper 6ft. self distancing. As a citizen of the community and a patton, I respect the policies of all establishments big or small. I was appalled let alone shock stricken when I was so loudly and rudely barked at for taking my mask down which was still attached to my face to pull a hair off the inside of my mask and off my nose and swiftly put it back on my nose. A matter of possibly 1-2 sec. I was very embatrassed. I questioned her actions as I thought perhaps she was kidding. Both the customer in front/behind me was also shocked. I was then told to put my mask on and leave it on or I would not be served. I politely explained to her while my mask was on, I merely had a hair in my nose. She then continued to slap condiments onto my sandwhich. Silence and stares came from other employees as she stood there yellng out commands. This type of behavior is very uncalled for and highly unprofessional. In a manager's position, to defuse the situation as opposed to escalating the situation would have been a better choice. Her tone, her body language and her demeanor was sincerely confeontational. All I wanted to do was get a quick bite to eat on my lunch break. I make my order very simple, everything except no tomoato. She then asked me for the 3rd time if I wanted this or that. When I stated everything please just no tomato, she went irate. Again yelling Im not serving you, your being rude. Again not understanding her irritability, I asked are you serious? Which seemed to irritate her more...I then asked her name and asked for a manager and she proudly said I AM the manager. Her name is Leticia. I asked for a number to call a supervisor or corporate and she said you can look it up online. I then asked nicely the young man at the register and he ignored me and walked away. I have never, ever experienced such rude and ill behaved managment, let alone an employee. Both other customers approached me in the parking lot and reassured me that she was in the wrong and it was very unprofessional. In my opinion, having a job is a privilege. I am sorry for a bad review but Leticia needs to go. Subway is one of my favorite places for fresh non processed foods and thought perhaps, this does not need to happen again. Let her go. Yikes.

Ordered 2 subs, different toppings, on the app. Both subs were made with the same toppings.

I called the store. Noone answered.

I called back, earlier in the day, next day. I'm told that there's only one employee at the location after 8pm (not info you should be giving out, but okay, that's why nobody answers the phone.)

Then I'm told that the person working isn't authorized to replace my incorrect sub to call back the NEXT morning to speak to the general manager. They indicate she's a female in her verbiage. I ask for her name and they say they will not give it. I ask when to call they say "try again later." I ask for the name of the employee I'm talking to, they refuse to give it.

I write to Subway, and get this reply from the "Regional Managarr Jose Aguilar"

Take your money elsewhere. Can you imagine how the food is being stored and handled if every single employee in our region feels this...

The sandwich was at par. The pricing was understandably higher. The one thing I DID NOT like was the large stainless steel lid they had over their meats and other sandwich protein choices. I appreciated that you could watch and see what they were putting into your sandwich as they were making it. This dang lid just covered all the proteins such that I COULDNT SEE what or how much they were putting into my sanwich !! They kept the vegies and dressing side as is (uncovered). I REALLY DID NOT LIKE IT !! I took home the sandwich, and it was okay, but they took away a big part of the Subway experience !!! Book on this new...
