I ordered an orchid to be delivered to my mother on her birthday. Rosemar delivered a beautiful arrangement, then a week later my mother told me that the plant was not doing well. I phoned the florist and they expressed their apology and a tip for me to remind her about how to best care for it, perhaps it was in a cold dark space. The florist was kind enough to send a replacement. I also asked for a younger plant, one with new blooms on it so that she could enjoy watching the flowers open up. These people failed to deliver flowers ON VALENTINE'S DAY. We were unable to get together until the day after, so I sent a bouquet as a surprise. The day ticked on and on, no call from the florist, no indication of delivery until I finally asked her at 9PM if she received them. Nope! Do you understand how embarrassing that is??!!
