First time coming here, and last. We live local and wanted to give this place a try. We were seated immediately, as it was around 1130 and the breakfast crowd was thinning out. I ordered Eggs Benedict and my husband ordered chicken fried steak and gravy on a biscuit. Long wait for food. Very long wait. When the food arrived the waitress said the food took a long time due to large group order. She pointed to them and it looked to be a group of about 10 people? But like I mentioned, when we arrived the crowd was thinning out. My Eggs Benedict arrived with both egg yolks hard boiled. I mean, the yolk like a tennis ball. I notified my waitress and she offered to have it remade. But we waited a long time for our meals and I was starving and wanted to start on the hash browns. She offered to have another order of over- medium eggs made with a side of hollandaise sauce. I agreed and the eggs arrived quickly. I placed them on my plate and they were runny like snot runny. Totally unappetizing. I ate my hash browns and the ham only. My husband’s chicken fried steak and gravy was only ok. The egg whites of his eggs were also super runny and uncooked 🤢His gravy was bland. We received our check and were double charged for coffee. As we paid at the register, the hostess sincerely apologized after I informed her of our meal. She took my breakfast off our bill, which we were grateful for. Now it’s been over 2 hours since breakfast and I’m feeling very queasy just thinking about my eggs 🤮 I have to acknowledge the waitresses and staff. They were trying and very kind. They seemed to be waiting by the food station as if they were waiting for the food to be made so they could send it out. Just the food was not what we were expecting. Read morePatrons BEWARE!!! Jessica's served me food that hurt me, are you next??? We went to Jessica's this morning for breakfast as we like their Chicken Apple Sausage. I ordered breakfast with a cranberry muffin. My server brought the muffin right away and I was eating it while waiting for my eggs & sausage. I took a bite and bit down on something hard that broke my filling. I told the server who said she would send the manager over. A few minutes later a man name Ron came to the table and said that there were no nuts in the muffin, he checked the batter. I replied that I never said it was a nut but something hard, maybe something fell in the batter. He replied that he has broken teeth before. I was surprised he did not apologize and ask what he could do to make it right...he just stood his ground and said that there was nothing in the batter, then walked away. I had to follow him to the kitchen and asked who I should address my dental bill to and he showed me a box that the store bought muffin mix came from and told me to call them, that it was not his responsibility! Gee, I bought breakfast from him not the muffin company. Needless to say I will NEVER go back here again...all of the staff took the stand of not our fault. They charged my partner for his breakfast! It started out with something simple, our waiter brought orange juice instead of apple and fixed it quickly. We ordered and our waiter got my wife’s order wrong. He said he would fix it, the rest of us started with our breakfasts. She waited and waited, he never stopped to check on us, or give us an update on her order, while all the tables were served before her. I asked our waiter where her food was, and told him of my disappointment. He said it would take a few more minutes. I asked for our ticket, which he never brought. As we were at the front checkout, he brought her food in a togo container. ( somehow it was important enough to give it her as we were leaving) We asked to speak with a manager and the gal said he was busy, in which I asked.
