The food was ok. One of the bagel sandwiches ended up having salsa on it, even though the menu didn't specify that it has it. The Jalepenos were supposed to be fried according to the menu, but they weren't. The coffee was ok at first, but towards the end, it got really bitter. Weird.
The 2 star for service was ONLY for the batista who rang me up. She was pleasant. The other 2 looked at me and mean mugged me as if I wasn't welcomed there.
If I could give the atmosphere NO stars, I totally would. There were waaaaay more FLIES inside the shop than there were outside the shop. At one point as I'm waiting for my food and coffee, one of the barista's swatted a fly, another laughed and asked if she got it. The first one laughed and said yes because she's a fly swatting machine.

Read moreThe management has now changed prices upwards on the specials they run throughout the week. Previously, they completely restructured their points system to require you to spend twice as much to get points. Now they're raising the prices on their weekly specials as well. It's really making the choice to go to Starbucks much easier now.
First Edit: I hate to do it but I had to edit my review. I still love this place but I hate the self service Kiosk they added. I came to this place because of the staff. They're friendly faces who recognize me and my regular order. The self service Kiosk is a poorly thought out decision removing the moat this business had built. I purposely stopped going to Starbucks for iced coffees to support a local business that I enjoy at a premium price. The addition of the Kiosk removes the element that makes me spend more and just creates Starbucks 2.0. The ownership should look at what their actual advantage in the marketplace is instead of chasing short term gains.
