I live in Easton and the difference between our Taco Bell and the one in Cambridge is like night and day! The people in Cambridge are polite, fast, helpful and obviously care about what they are doing. The food is fresh and the things that are supposed to be hot are hot and the cold things are cold.

Why am I so passionate about this? I have celiac disease and Taco Bell tacos are one of the only fast food options for me, if I’m traveling. That really makes my life difficult. I just want to thank the manager and employees at this location and let them know how much I appreciate what they do! For people like me, it really means the world.

Stay away from this one!!! My son's food had black hair in it. Not just a single piece but multiple. On top of the nacho cheese I counted 5!!! Then the women working had a attitude when I brought it back and requested a full refund, which they gave me. When she handed me my change their was also hair in that. I immediately got the attention of the general manager and showed her the hair in the food and the hair on the counter from the change. She just kept repeating we all wear hair nets, the girl with the 2ft tall bun on her head did not have a hair net on.. Later that night my daughter who also ate taco bell became sick and started throwing up the chicken protein bowl she got from there.. The food was hot & fresh. The presentation of the food was exceptional we were all delighted. The location was right off of 50 West. We were glad we chose this location. The outside of the store is embellished with cool art work both front. The drive-thru was an easy way to place an order, pay, & pickup my meal. The customer service was excellent. She was kind, cordial, patient & above all great listener. There's an outside seating available. The ambiance of this Taco bell was everything I never knew I needed.
