Plus 1 Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

UPDATE: The owner called me and talked with me for a while. He apologized for the situation and made it right. He's a really nice guy and definitely had great customer service. I appreciated him calling me personally. I was so upset originally that I wasn't going to go back to Plus One. After talking to Bob, we will give them another shot and see how it goes.

I ordered a pizza over the phone. When I picked it up the amount was wrong. The manager was rude and wouldn't adjust it because she personally didn't take the order. When asked if I could speak to someone else, she informed me that the only one higher than her was the owner. I have been loyal to plus one and wont be any longer. I hate to give one star because I think that the food is amazing but, tonight, I ordered two orders of wings for my son. We discovered that there was only one order of eight. I called because we paid for two orders of wings and I was told by the shift manager that the driver put sixteen wings in one container. She behaved on the phone like she was suspicious and like I was just trying to get something for free. The shift manager behaved rude and argumentative. Poor customer service. Ordered online and wasn’t ready when we drove the thirty mins to pick it up. No big deal, we drove around and waited. When the pizza was ready, the rude girl behind the counter (who knew that we were waiting on the pizza) ignored us for about five mins. Finally, a man in the back came out, walked right by her and handed us our food which was in arms reach of her. She had originally spoke with us and knew that we’d even left and came back to get the pizza, but when we walked back in the store she acted like we didn’t exist. Also, the place was dirty.
