The server who took care of my husband and I you could tell did NOT want to be there and got my food wrong. I ordered the the beef chimichanga and got chicken instead which was DRY AS HELL and could tell it was microwaved cold outside and warm center. When I realized what it was (after a few bites cause the first one was just the shell) I told the server who finally got off his phone that it was wrong he said okay and just stood there while I had the plate on the edge. When I asked him to switch it he rolled his eyes went into the kitchen with my food and had the cooks laughing. Good way to piss your customer off. I was nice the whole time. When my correct order finally came out it made me regret even eating there. The beef taste just like the chicken. Absolutely nasty and rude. Read moreI placed an order over the phone for two beef burritos with queso and a side of rice, as well as one steak burrito with only queso. The caller over the phone had trouble understanding so we went over it several times. When I got there I made sure to check the order before leaving the parking lot, and it was wrong. I spent 15 minutes waiting already and just went back inside for a refund to go elsewhere.
My boyfriend went back inside with the uneaten food to get a refund. Nobody understood what he was saying. After another 15 minutes he came back out with no food and our money gone.
I am not trying to be negative or a Karen, I just want my money back. I understand not everyone speaks and understands English but I am just asking for proper service. Two (of four) desserts did not match the menu description {"fruit-filled churros" were plain and not fruit-filled; "molten lava cake with vanilla ice cream" was not even a lava cake (a stale chocolate cake instead) and had no ice cream (whipped cream instead). I took one bite and that was too much. The server never checked back so we could not point out the errors. When he finally returned with the bill and I told him the errors, he said that the menu lists whipped cream, not ice cream. So I showed him the menu!
