Ladders Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Cambridge

Our entire family visited last Saturday and ordered 6 different coffee drinks - the barista was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and customized everything we asked for - he was hyper-focused on customer experience, in my opinion. The quality is very high - I had a small cup of their brewed coffee which was a full-city roast, and it was excellent. I also asked the barista to make me what was essentially an espresso shake-up with oatmilk and hazelnut - it was perfect, and the richness of the espresso came right through without being overpowering or bitter. Nice little coffee shop in the downtown area. Took the time to help me figure out what I wanted and did a good job. The only thing I knew was isI wanted cold brew. She made sure I liked it and offered to fix it if I didn't. I recommend stopping in sometime for your caffeine fix before checking out the local shops. Stopped in while travelling for work and was very pleased! Atmosphere is relaxed.

The space is an old church which was previously two downtown merchant shops (one a jewelry store). Has a quaint feel as the space still shows it's history.

The barista was very knowledge, helpful, and kind. Definitely enjoyed talking about coffee.
