I would love to give 5 starts but can only give 3 because of there lack of basically doing their job. Description below,
Visit this location at least 10-15 times a week buying food for myself and others. At least 1 out of 3 times they do not put in the bag what you ask and pay for. I’ve called, I’ve asked and I’ve been patient. It’s happen dozens of times. So it’s now time for this review. You have to sit in their drive-thru and check your bag before pulling away. This is very rude to the person behind you however it’s necessary with this Chic-Fila. CHECK YOUR BAG.

Not much has changed here. Ordered two large fries today and both were half full. I literally combined both and had one large fries. See picture. I pulled away before checking and I should have know better.

Still no noticeable improvements. Employees still forget to put your food in the bag that has been paid for. You get home to realize that your food is not in the bag. Why don’t I check my bag before I pull away you think?! Well because I am manner-full and want to be polite to the people sitting behind me waiting. Besides, the employees should be trained to just simply, PUT THE FOOD IN THE BAG!
The owner apparently couldn’t care less about these reviews apparently and the reputation of his business as he never reply’s.

Read moreArrived at the Cambridge, MD Chik-Fil-A at 10:20 am hoping to get breakfast. We finally get to the ordering menu board and the lady comes out and changes it to lunch, stating that we are only able to get lunch now. Really? You just changed the board as I am sitting at it!!! I believe there has to be another way to change from breakfast to lunch without cutting off the customer who is at the menu board in the drive thru. So we ordered 2 drinks and were in line for 25 minutes to get those 2 drinks!!! The service here for their drive thru has always been slow since they opened and continues to be so! I believe there needs to be a different approach to speeding up their ordering process in this drive thru! Had I been able to get to the menu board in the the 10 minutes we were sitting in line, we would have had breakfast!!! I have never had this happen to me at the Easton, MD Chik-Fil-A. Their service and employees always go above and beyond for their customer's satisfaction. It's sad that I was looking forward to Chik- Fil-A coming to our community only to be disappointed by their employees...
Read moreMy Mom and I came in for lunch today while running errands in Cambridge, MD. After ordering we were immediately greeted by Joseph the dining room attendant. He thanked us for coming in and said to let him know if we needed anything. While we were there Joseph greeted everyone who sat down, offered to refresh their drinks repeatedly, asked if he could get the kids placemats, asked if they needed napkins or sauces, offered to take their trash, brought them bags to take home leftovers, thanked them again for coming in, and told them to have a blessed day on their way out. While everyone at Chick-Fil-A says "my pleasure", Joseph made everyone feel like he truly enjoyed serving others. I overheard an older lady tell him this was the friendliest Chick-fil-A she had ever been in. He ran around greeting, cleaning, and assisting customers while smiling the whole time we were there. I'm sure he's exhausted by the end of his shift, but it was amazing to see someone enjoy their work so much. Congrats Cambridge Chick-fil-A on a great...
