Absolutely love the staff completely calm settings and helpful person oriented and well schooled. Recently asked about a product that was out of stock and requested a phone call when it became available and yesterday the lovely Ms. Amy called and said that it was in stock so I’m going today and get it 😊😁 thank y’all I’m always impressed with the way I’m treated here and most of the dispensaries on the door went curbside only and I have a limited knowledge of how to order online SUNBURST STAYED TRUE TO THEIR FAMILY AND DIDN’T CLOSE THE DOORS THANK Y’ALL : Jim just Jim. 12/16/20 I can never say enough about Sunburst’s team and professional attitude they are constantly making head way with personal knowledge of the products they provide for their patients as well as being respectful, now granted I travel to other dispensaries but these guys are home to me!!!!!💚😊💯 Well it’s Christmas Eve and I’m happy to be here at Sunburst I was unable to get to see my family up north but this family here is just the best. Being a new patient, I was initially feeling very intimidated by all the terminology and massive amounts of information during my Dr consultation. However, I was told not to worry because the staff at Sunburst was very knowledgeable and really listened to you. I went inside the doors nervous and anxious...I left feeling like an old friend. These folks are phenomenal! I returned nearly daily for an entire week. Always armed with more and more questions or concerns. They never once made me feel rushed in any way...even when the lobby was standing room only and I was still asking question after question. They are also super efficient in working through each patients needs in a timely manner. They clear the lobby quick! Their point system is more than outstanding. Their daily specials fantastic. Bring your resealable unlabeled bag each time for $1 off your order! Their return policy blows me away. I was mistakenly given the incorrect mg dosage of a medication and made a return and the manager couldn't have been any nicer about it. I just cannot say enough great things about this place. Always super clean and pleasant. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone! For those who are shy, reserved or in any way "weirded out" about going in or people seeing you...please check out their online ordering website. You do NOT need to pay by card on the site so you don't have to worry about your card info being compromised. You can order, choose a pickup time, arrive and pay and grab your bag and go. Easy peasy! Just wanna say that this place still rocks!!! I had to go to a different location when the snow closed this place and honestly they were very unfriendly and lacking in personality. So I'll continue to travel 45 minutes 1 way just to see Sunburst Pharm budtenders!!

They are ALWAYS very friendly and happy to answer any questions. I also truly appreciate it when someone isn't afraid to say "I don't know but let me find out" or "let me get someone that does know" instead of pretending they do know and feeding me some b.s. or just plainly saying "uhh I don't know".

The online ordering is an awesome tool and time saver so don't be afraid to use it unless you like sitting around wasting time on your phone...not me!

I moved to this area in November 2019 and was so upset to have to find a new dispensary bc I thought I already had the best one... Well I have been pleasantly put in my place 😁 I recommend this place for their professional but still personal touch, good specials and decent rewards...
