Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cambridge

Cambridge Pizza Hut is a hot mess!!! Ordered a lg cheese stuff crust pizza… recieved a bacon and sausage pizza, called they told me to come back in 20m… I waited the 20m… came inside and was ignored for almost 10m…. Then find out they didn’t make the pizza… been waiting for the remade pizza only to have it be wrong again! I ordered at 6:22….. it’s 7:36 no pizza

Pizza hut pizza is a classic staple from my childhood. The pizza from this location has been excellent everytime I visited. As a reminder they just opened so be patient if you order at dinner time or a weekend etc. They're always slammed when I go in but they're always attentive to their customers and multitasking! They offer me plates napkins and ask if i need anything else last min etc. My foods been accurate, timely, hot and fresh. I always order lots of toppings and its never a problem.
