Placed mobile order for pick up inside when I got there the sign on the door said to call. I called and was told that I had to go get in the drive thru line that was 15 cars long because they refused to allow me to pick it up saying that they had to give the employees a break. The manager said this in the background even though she didn't answer the phone. So what should have been a 15 minute maximum wait wound up being over an hour as I placed the order at 8:38p.m. and left the drive thru at 9:56 p.m. I was told there was only 3 people working but when we got to the window there was 4 people standing there. Also as a manager of a fast food restaurant myself I never would have sent anyone on break during the last hour and a half before I closed especially with my lobby closed and the drive thru line longer than 10 cars. This completely negates the point of placing a mobile order. What a waste of time and money. 40 dollars worth of food and by the time we got it it was cold and my bun was hard the lettuce and tomato was old. I removed them from my sandwich in order to try to salvage it. I also ordered pretzels with cheese sauce but didn't get the cheese sauce instead they gave me gravy for it. Needless to say I was badly disappointed. Both my kids have a peanut allergy my oreo blizzard with sprinkles had nuts in them which caused my 13yr old daughter to have a allergic reaction I called the facility back and informed them of the issue at hand and they place blame on us saying we should have told them we have a peanut allergy 1st thing 1st I don't have to disclose anything because I'm not ordering anything with nuts and even if I did disclose it there still could b a mix up well long story short they don't.
