I've been a long time customer of this restaurant. When they can get the order right, the food is good. Their customer service is horrible.
On Sunday 10/3, I called at 6:11 and ordered two large cheesesteaks and two orders of fries. I was told the wait would be 45 mins. I paid by cc the $24.75 and waited for our food. At 7:12, I called and got someone who I told it's been an hour and I still haven't received my order. She had me hold, then came back and said it had just left and would be to me shortly and they were so, so sorry. No problem, thank you. I called back at 7:40, almost an hour and a half, double the time I was promised for my delivery, and said my food wasn't here and at this point I feel I should be comped this meal for the outrageous wait. Another lady who was not so, so sorry said she couldn't find an order for me. She found it after I confirmed my phone number.
Meanwhile, The driver finally shows up. The food was warm, which means it wasn't his fault. They lied to me about when it was made and sent. I told the driver to wait because I shouldn't have to pay for this meal and I was on hold while the employee spoke with the manager. The driver said, let me guess...they told you 45 minutes too? (True story!) She got back on the phone and said she could only authorize $5 off. I stood there stunned for a moment. She seemed aggravated with me lol. I said, "Ok $5 off. You tell your boss if he doesn't comp my meal for the inconvenience, you will lose my business." She hung up like she couldn't care less.
The driver stood there in disbelief and said he's been in the industry for 25 years and never saw anything like it. I took the receipt and under the total, I wrote it for $5 less, $19.75. I gave the driver back the receipt and reiterated, "Please tell your boss to comp my meal for the inconvenience or he'll lose my business." He said he sure would.
I see today I was charged the full $24.75. I'll take it on the chin, but I will remain true to what I said. My business will go elsewhere. I always placed big orders and always tipped 20%. I don't know if they have new management or what, in business this is unacceptable. You keep your customer happy when you make a mistake. Lesson learned. These folks are not honest and they do not care about you. Beware.

Read moreI've ordered from this place before. The food is very good. Tonight it took them an hour and 20 minutes to deliver my food. The original time they told me was 35-45 minutes. No one called to say it would be late, or anything. They gave me a typical waiting time for food. Usually when a store is busy they'll let you know it may be close to an hour. That was not said. The food came to my door and I asked my driver what happened. He said they had him going all over from town to town....I am 3 miles away from their store. The food was completely cold! I called the manager to let him know I wasnt very happy and he gave me the excuse of being busy, short drivers etc. I've worked in food service and managed for years. I get it first hand, BUT your job is to serve your customer. Call people in, hire more people, have normal cashiers hop in to help with deliveries....something!! But dont give the busy excuse. The worst part is after going back and forth with him the manager told me he would at least give me a new pizza to replace my completely cold one. I told him he could have the original pizza back to show that I did not eat it. No one ever came with a replacement pizza, so I waited for nothing! Needless to say honestly because of this I wont ever order...
Read moreI ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza, a medium pepperoni and cheese, and an antipasto salad for pickup. I was told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. I chose to pick up the order to not have to wait on delivery times. I arrived 30 minutes from the call, paid and waited. And waited. And waited. I was told at 1 hour after I placed the order, 30 minutes after I paid that they were just waiting on the large pizza. I received my order about 45 minutes later than I was told it would be ready and was given the excuse that it got busy after I called. Not before. After. Nevermind one of the delivery drivers coming in upset because they messed up an order he delivered. That should have been a clue for me to check mine. I didn't and when I got home the pizza was missing bacon, ranch, and the extra cheese I paid extra for. As far as quality. The pizzas, yes both, were honestly about on par with a frozen pizza for a third of the price. Even though the bacon, ranch, and cheese were missing, what was left was less than exciting for a pizza.
