Five Guys — Restaurant in Camden

Yes today is the first day in grand opening but unfortunately they were not prepared and when I asked the general manager to make sure my french fries were well-done (or at least cooked all the way ) and a hotdog well-done the general manager, he says “we only do it one way”! I told him that is not true I’ve been on the Fiveguys for over 22 years and also in other countries too and when you asked for your french fries to be cooked all the way through they have no problem the general manager had a sassy tongue and his acid tongue is not pleasurable . Here are the photos to prove the french fries were uncooked and potentially harmful I will be contacting the corporate office they had more than adequate time to get up and running and train the staff properly. I hope my second visit is much better because I eat at five guys twice a week sometimes 3 times. On a bright point, the little cheeseburger was cooked perfect & the hot dog was also cooked perfection but French fries, had to chuck them. I cannot get sick from eating...

So I like to post about times where something really special happens. My wife and I went and ordered a cheeseburger for me, a hamburger for my wife, and a regular fry. Unfortunately we made it all the way home and found out that they accidentally put cheese on my wife's hamburger and she's lactose intolerant. So we drove back and explained what happened. The lady came up and apologized profusely and said that they were going to remake the entire order since the fries and my burger got cold, so that we can enjoy our meal together. They were so nice about it and apologized multiple times and even gave us 2 free drinks on top of it.

I’ve been to this place twice and the service is always horrible and you always wait so long for your food. Ordered two bacon cheeseburgers one with ketchup and mayo and one with ketchup. Bigger burger had the mayo and smaller one didn’t. Took it back to have it fixed and they remade it and neither one had mayo. I could go to Wendy’s and get better food than this place and spend half the price. $38 is not worth that. All employees had ear phones in and probably didn’t listen to a thing we said.
