Juanes Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Cameron

So here lately their service has been slow. My question is , why would you expand and add more tables to the restaurant if you’re not going to be able to keep up with the service. My husband and I went on a Sunday and it took them over 10 minutes to get our drinks, thereafter placing our order it was another hour before we got our food. Again why expand if you’re not going to be able to keep up. Then today I placed an order over the phone at 7:19 , I got to there at 7:45am and they still had not started my order. They weren’t very busy and a couple of the girls came to the front from the back with their mouths full of whatever they were eating in the back and that’s how they go to check on the customers? Pretty gross...

My son(16 month old) and I dropped in real quick on our way back to our hotel. We are usually el charro fans and I should have stuck with what we knew and liked. Highly recommend el charro by the way! We placed our order to go. Lady was very nice and helpful with our order! Even tipped her for her service! However when returning back to our hotel, there was a very obvious pubic hair underneath my huveos rancheros. Curly, dark and completely disgusting. My husband works in cameron and we come to visit time to time...I will never return to this location. I will never let anyone I know go to this digusting establishment. The food was good, but as for the service, it wasn't so good. And when I got done eating there, I didn't leave a tip because I only got checked 1 time out of the entire time I was there, and I even had to go get my own to go boxes. And my subtotal Came out to be $29.22, which wasn't bad, but after I left I noticed my phone receipt said $35.06 all together. If you include a 20% tip, thats what It would come out to be. I didn't leave a tip so someone or somehow a tip magically appeared and they took $5.84 off of my card without my authorization. I called and complained but overall they didn't want to believe me, so ill never eat...
