TX Burger Cameron — Restaurant in Cameron

The Cameron Texas location has to be the worst Texas Burger in Texas. They NEVER have sweet potato fries, which is the main reasons I go to Texas Burger. Then, every time I go I sit at the speaker waiting to order forever. A couple of times I had to drive up to the window to place my order which got me nasty looks and a bad attitude. I have sat at the drive through as long as 10 to 15 minutes for no apparent reason. They were not extremely busy and it wasn’t during peak lunch or dinner hours. The people who work there all seem to be having a bad day because they are all attitude and never smiling or helpful. I have been going to Texas Burgers for years and have never had such poor service. Today after waiting at the speaker for 8 minutes with one car at the window in front oI me, I drove off and went across the street to Dairy Queen where I didn’t have to sit in line and got excellent service with a smile. Maybe this location needs to clean house and find people who actually want a job and have work ethics I will never go ti this location again. Cameron, TX Horrible experience!! After repeating our order & saying it was dine in twice. About 15-20 mins of waiting & people that ordered after us were bring served. Trish who took our order came over and asked my name. I had become clear our order had been forgotten. When we went to the register to inquire about our order, we were told it was "just bagged up". when brought to the table, the fries were cold. I requested the whole meal be remade. When the young girl brought it to the table basically tossed the basket on the table & when we told her thank you her attitude was rude & disrespectful rolled her eyes & walked off w/o acknowledging us. On opening the second burger the cheese was missing. Once again we went to the register to be met with the "what wrong with that one" bad attitude & eyes rolling. I was give a piece of cheese to put on the burger myself. For EVERY employee that was interacted with to have such a poor attitude & very obvious acts of rudeness & disrespect toward customers is a a disgrace to your establishment. Currently waiting for our food to come out. Got to the drive-thru and waited a good while before someone came over the speaker. Got to the window and they asked us our name. We werent asked for a name when we ordered. Then it took them a minute to figure out what we ordered. Drinks came out and luckily were the right flavors. Burgers were mediocre. Toppings for the burgers were stacked on the center and took a couple of bites to get to. Seasoned french fries have potential, but the oil tastes old. Kid said the steak fingers were "good". Took them 20 minutes to get the order out the window from the time they ran our card. Thia entire drive-thru experince was a 30 minute ordeal.
