Top Donuts — Restaurant in Cameron

This store is right on the hiway. You barely have enough space to pull in and park. The inside is bare and uninviting with no personality just like the workers. I think they might be the owners and just had a fight. Both their attitudes were horrible and very unprofessional. They neither greeted any of the customers or said thank you. They acted like our bussiness was an interruption of their day rather than the reason their place had bussiness for the day. Do yourself a favor , dont stop here. Go somewhere else or do without. I'm adding no pictures because I am treating them just like they treated us,just not worth the time it would take to be decent and courteous from one human...

Dumb and very rude. Example: I ask do you sell any breakfast food besides donuts? Answers in snappy tone of voice, "what do you want?" I repeat question. Answers " SIGH, what donut you want?# so I try to clarify, "do you sell anything like breakfast sandwiches or eggs or anything?" Answer, "what you want?!" "I'm asking for an idea what you have?" Answer " huge sigh, nasty tone ....well there's a lot!" So I hung up. I mean presumably you want business so why not be polite and just answer the question? Do you sell anything besides donuts? If this rating was only based on their kolaches, I would give it a four. But it is their customer service that simply needs an overhaul. The concept of friendliness and customer appreciation just does not seem to apply to this shop. Maybe this concept is lacking from the fact that there isn't much competition since it is located in a small town. But a smile and thank you still goes a long way in my book.
