I thought a KFC was the same everywhere. I was wrong! I ordered a 5 PC tender box. They told me the side options and I chose corn on the COB (her words, not mine), mashed potatoes, and gravy. The corn was not on the cob. Instead of giving me an individual small portion of potatoes and gravy, they gave me enough to feed 3 people, but you can only eat so much instant potatoes. The chicken was good, and the biscuit was hard.
No butter for the biscuit. They forgot the 2 dipping sauces. They forgot the napkins. They forgot the most important thing....the spoon. It is kind of difficult to eat potatoes, gravy, and corn without a spoon.
The young people were doing the best they could, I guess. When younger workers don't have an adult around, how are they to learn? Management should be visible at all times, constantly offering help and helping them learn how to do their jobs better. The young workers were so very friendly!! Not busy...

We both work within the Taco Bell/KFC community and we know this wouldn’t fly anywhere else, it makes us look bad as a company. The gentleman who made our food didn’t wear gloves up until we said something aloud, and got an attitude when we demanded a refund, and paid we ended up paying for the drinks. My boyfriend also got a cantina chicken burrito and it was made wrong. We’ve made these burritos before and it was completely wrong. His food was put into the wrong containers. Read moreProbably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with KFC. Drive through time was astronomical. Went inside to order, but couldn't order with them. No drawer in front register. While sitting to order online, a customer came in for her beverage that was forgotten. Cashier and customer got in a screaming match. Cashier shade statements such as, "if you can do better, do you want an application?" Customer was trying to express frustration, but Cashier wasn't having it. Customer left angry, and Cashier walked away in a huff. No attempt to apologize or offer retention. After order placed it didn't take long to receive the food.
