Ordered cupcakes over a week in advanced. Bakery staff incorrectly wrote down the order, picked up the cupcakes the afternoon prior to the party and was told at pickup they never had anything to match the theme I requested. Took the cupcakes home because to a 5 year old the wrong cupcakes are better than no birthday cake at all. Tried calling the manager. Was told by brent he would call me back that day. Never did. Finally got a call the next day, hours after serving the cupcakes but I was busy with our family. Have been calling ever since trying to at the very least make my grievances known. Admittedly I will not to the assistant manager Brent as I had already done that and couldn't get a call back. Bakery staff was aware I specifically asked for unicorn cupcakes as they even reccomended / asked about doing a unicorn rainbow spray colored frosting but at no time said they don't do unicorn themed stuff. My origional plan had been to go to sams/price chopper/hyvee before deciding to stay more local, this will undoubtedly be the last time I order cakes from them and I'll make the drive for all our future orders. They actually have a dollar section here, and you can get cash back at the register if you do not have a local bank. I bought a bouquet of roses here, yellow, a box of Ice Cream, and Whiskey. 9-20-2024 for the 10th or more time opened meat that spoiled, seems to never have been frozen. Pu and sticky, meat should never be so un-American bad. Delivered a ham 6 months past date for safety, chicken so spoiled I had to have delivery person take it outside. Hormel mfg. has been notified as has Hiland for spoiled milk, even with due date safe. Bread is already getting stale and is always only within a week of spoiling. I have lost too much money and am wondering when someone is going to die from this lazy, joke of a business.
