Be advised that if you make a purchase here and they do not send your item, they will attempt to keep your money even when they admit the error is on their part. I placed an order at the end of January and received a duplicate of one of my item orders and never got one of the three items that I actually placed. I did not realize until the end of February that there was a duplicate order because I had not opened each individual item in the package items. I contacted them about the problem February 16, but I did not receive a response until March 1 because my message apparently went to their spam folder. On March 3 I sent them a picture of the duplicate items and they acknowledged their error today March 7. Because I did not report the problem within three days of receipt of the package, they will not provide a prepaid shipping label or envelope like most online retailers. ļæ¼After a series of email exchanges with ācustomer service,ā I spoke to the owner by phone who began the call hostile and very defensive. When I calmly pointed out to the owner by phone this afternoon that the three day policy on their website relates to damaged or defective items, she became very angry and insinuated that I was trying to cheat her and hung up on me. Even though they have acknowledged in writing that they sent a duplicate and then I do not have one of the items that I ordered and paid for, they have no intention of showing respect for a customer by simply issuing a credit instead of making the customer have the burden of proof (which has already been provided through photographs) and having to go to the hassle of going to the mailbox and getting an envelope mailer and paying for the postage. ļæ¼ this is the first online retailer that Iāve ever dealt with who did not own a mistake and do whatever they could to make the error right and put the customer first. I obviously will not be doing business with this seller again, but be advised that this is their mindset and to pay attention to their returns and exchanges page. These policies would be fine if it was the customer simply changing her mind, but in this case they failed to ship the correct item and now have no intention of showing integrity and doing the right thing by the customer. Funny, I ordered it, it was shipped immediately, custom? The size chart is not clear, the person I spoke to was rude, the clothing is ācustom made in Chinaā, anything can not fit when ordering on line, however, I expect to be treated with courtesy, and an exchange of the items with another size would have satisfactory! They could not do even that!!!! STEER CLEAR! They obviously do not care about their customers!
In response, the instructions, were not clear to me! I am now out 64.99 for this shirt, that looks like a tag has been cut out! I am also out the other sweater made in China, not going to bother sending it back, itās cheap, trash for all! As I told you, I will continue to warn people, that they need to beware, so many other companies to work with that respect their customers! I am not the only person who had an issue, with the less than clear instructions! You need to be CLEAR about the sizes, you are not, and what if I measured wrong, itās still my fault, no way to run a business, and I will continue to tell everyone my experience!...

This is for each and every individual item. Which I find extremely useful. So if you order something and don't do the homework, or If you don't have common sense to see that 48" for a small medium or large is too big for those sizes than it IS YOUR fault for ordering it in the first place. I do agree that shirts can run large, but that's why the information is there. Instead of leaving a negative review take responsibility that YOU didn't pay attention.
