Hardee’s — Restaurant in Campbellsville

I just started a job there so my opinion is going to be a bit biased but I want to try to keep as much bias out of this opinion as possible as a standalone business their food is really good relatively the service is excellent I understand there's a little bit longer wait times having to deal with covid-19 restrictions and an increase volume of drive-through patrons but the service is polite kinda to the point all the people that work in Hardee's including myself work very hard and if there is a mistake made on an order because accidents happened it is easily corrected and rectified give them a 9 out of 10 trust me on this with covid-19 being a factor it is one of the better restaurants to purchase food at we working on the inside I can give you this it is always clean and sanitary and the biscuits are...

They gave me a drink thru drive thru with lid not on split in my car had to ask for napkins. They gave me 4 napkins all they kept saying was pull to the front They were more worried about there times at the window had to ask for a refill and more napkins after another employee came to window and told me to pull to front I told them I needed more napkins to clean the spill very poor service I know they have to keep there times down but they pull every car. This is an older Hardees. When we went in there it was early morning and a lot of locals were in there drinking coffee. Great atmosphere and we enjoyed sitting and talking with some of them. Typical Hardee's food you get at other Hardee's but it is the people behind the counter who made this one stick out. We will stop there the next time again when we go through Campbellsville.
