McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Campbellsville

Off to a bad start. Ordered food on the app first time, added my virtual card and ended up having to order again. Got to the window I have my order yet I paid twice and it was showing on my credit card. The order came to $12 and at the window. He tried to tell me it was $14 and some change. I guess I’m gonna get my order. in my day you used to pull up to the window and you get your food after you pay today you gotta go through a nightmare just to get your damn food. I wish they’d take these apps and shove them where the sun don’t shine. Problem of it is is the restaurant was so full. You’d have to wait in line for an hour to get a Meal. It’s hard to find a parking spot and also they’re a little bit pricey. Got some food. The pickle was great the potato salad I wasn’t fond of. each to their own. I got the Italian sub it’s all right. Or let me put it to you this way maybe there’s a few added ingredients on there that I’m just not finding to my liking. It is a huge sandwich and good overall. The young man that helped me to sort it all out was great and I appreciate it. Thank you. I tried the turkey club sandwich today and it rocks great food. I am so happy to see a new place to eat in Campbellsville because God those old places they need to...

I walked out of this restaurant, because when I was making my order (the New Yorker) the employee felt it was ok or necessary to to make a derogatory italian new york accent which I found to be Offensive. With me being in italian american from new york. Then when I asked a question about the menu she continued to be rude and disrespect. Now I don't normally get offend but with this employee being of another culture background ( African american) if would have made the same kind of Cultural accent I'm sure things would have gotten out of control and been labeled a racist which I am not. My point is that I should have e been treated with the same respect she asks for.

I will say that when I called and asked for the manager she was very understanding and I believe she will Handel it accordingly.

And for anyone who reads this and thinks I should just get over it. Remember we all deserve the same respect no matter where you come from or what...

First time visiting a McAllisters Deli & it was wonderful!! We have a new restaurant in my hometown & it did not disappoint!

I ordered on the app & got the pulled pork nachos. And when you sign up for their rewards program, you get a free 32 oz tea. I believe they also have a Tea Pass for rewards members where you can pay $7.99 for a month & get a 32 oz tea every day. I'm definitely going to do this because I love tea & have failed so many times at making it myself :)

They have made me a customer for life & I can't wait to try the other menu items!! I'm so glad we have a new restaurant & I hope it has alot of success!! ❣️

I have found that by ordering their kids salad menu item (that comes with a side & a mini cookie) it is ALOT of food!! And its only priced at $4.99 which is amazing!! I have been ordering this alot lately & its always...
