Went through the drive-thru and asked for help with a digital order, got to the first window and the cashier said she didn't have a clue about the app and said to pull forward to the next window where the manager was so she could fix it. After pulling to the next window the manager wouldn't even attempt to help with the app and cut us short with everything we tried to ask. She told us she didn't know anything about the app and that they don't have any partnerships with Walmart+ membership even though that is where I found out about the discounts for BK. There is a promotion on my Walmart app that gives you a 25% off discount at BK if you link your Walmart+ account with your bk account which I did. By this time we were so frustrated and aggravated with the lack of customer support, service, or even the ability to pretend to care about their customer's satisfaction that we just told her we would just go ahead and order what we had on the app and pay full price just to avoid further conflict. I was thinking the least she could do at this point would be to let me read off my 6 item order to her, which was simple considering 3 items were the same thing, another was 2 items the same, and a large fry, but I guess I put too much faith in people's ability to have common courtesy these days because she let me know we would have to return to the drive thru and reorder everything again. I was shocked with the lack of customer consideration or even an apology for the confusion. If I were driving I would have taken my business elsewhere where it would have been appreciated a great deal more but my boyfriend was hell bent on having BK so we went through the process again. I would have probably been ok with the whole thing except for the fact that not only had we just went through the ordeal above already but when we placed our order I specifically made it clear to add tomatoes to my two items and hold onions on the other. She repeated it back to me correctly and charged me correctly for the added tomatoes and when we finally got our order IT WAS STILL completely WRONG! Nothing we were charged extra for was present nor nothing that was supposed to have been held was held. By this point, I was beyond furious and just chose to feed all of it to the dogs when we got home, which i did. SMH @ BK workers. There is way too much competition out there for you to be an inconsiderate, lazy, and rude employee. It is supposed to be "Have it your way" right? Well apparently in Campbellsville, KY the workers think it is "Have it Our Way." Sorry for the...

Read moreOkay, not usually able to post a 5-star review at a fast food place, but I was impressed. So, I'm standing in line while my 5 kudos are getting a table (they always take the tough jobs for me) and I see the Burger King app. So, there were 3 people in front of me so I just had enough time to download it. Simple. I chose 3 "deals" and saved a ton. Then we see all of these peel off game things. We each won something (some great prizes too). And I didn't even realize that one deal was Impossible Whoppers. So 4 of us got those and they were actually fair. I mean, as fair as you can get with fast food. So yeah, with the super friendly people (RARE) and the deals and freebies, this was 5 stars for sure. Thanks Campbellsville...
