Omg you listen to me they cook wonderful greatest meals and I'm telling you idk a restaurant that fat that's as delicious as they are. Respectful kind caring and compassion and always leave them a extra tip they're hard workers who gives out the best food best quality of their time to .make the meal you want in little as 5-8 mins the most you'll have dinner ready idk no restaurants as great as this restaurant I love this oakce and one of the best sweet tea in town then any place as good as mine and price indeed is perfect AND perfect price perfect food with perfect people God bless all the workers and i love Pancho's I got there about 2-3 times a week for meal and every day for get ready to everyday got a glass of sweet sweet to get my day going. Very disapointing......Ordered Ribeye vallento (may not be spelled correctly) cooked Med rare... It was Rare not even nearly close to med rare. It was suppose to be a 12oz ribeye steak. out of the 12 ounces, over half of it was nothing but pure fat... SMH..Never did the waiter return to our table to ask if we would like refills on our drinks, if we needed anything, or if everything was good even... I had to go to the register and request a to go box myself.. and apparently they do not ever bring you a check to your table. But you are just expected to know when you are finished with your meal, they want you to go to register and pay whatever amount it is that they ring you up to pay without asking u what u had or anything.... So once he rang up our meals and I was informed of the amount of our meal, I asked him to please read back to me what it was I was being charged for..... He then told me the meals in which he was charging me for of which was not at all what we had ordered for our dinner..... And so I lhk that was not what we ordered and then apologized to and said he had wrong bill for our table.... So then after asearching thru the other tickets he finally found the one for our table. Rang it in and when I was told a total of nearly $40 for only 2 of us to eat. I paid and requested an itemized receipt. When I was given it.... I noticed that one of our meal prices was incorrect and asked about it. Was told it was for a different meal in which we had not ordered nor was brought to our table. And was more $ than The one we had ordered... Anyway was very disappointed in the food and even more so in the attitude and behavior of whom I believe was the owner of the establishment... We will never return there in the future. ...

Finally had a day to check this place out with my roommate. The restaurant itself along with the restrooms were very clean and appeared well maintained.

The servers were very nice and kept our drinks refilled without us having to ask. However, even if you discounted the great service, the real star of the show was undoubtedly the food.

I ordered the Taco Salad with chicken and ground beef with two extra chunchy tacos while my friend ordered the chicken tortilla soup with three tacos and rice.

Everything was fresh and made to order and you could tell that from the quality. The taco salad was fantastic and was absolutely loaded with chicken and ground beef.

Normally I always leave the shell of a taco salad only about half eaten, but today I did not stop until even that was gone.

While I love the ground beef, which had a unique blend of spices, I was totally blown away by the chicken and would get it again.

My friend really liked the chicken tortilla soup (and he has pretty high standards on that dish, because his mother has her own recipe that she has been making for many years.) He told me that he would definitely get it again.

Overall, a wonderful experience and we look forward to going back to try more of their...
