McDonald's — Restaurant in Campton Hills

horrible. i just wanted to order one large fries after going three different takeout places and was not getting the right food so around 8:20 i went to get my fries. the total came out to be $3.29 and since i didn’t want to use my card i gave the cashier guy 4 dollars. once he had my money he sounded annoyed that i used cash. then when handing back my change the man at the register proceeded to flip me off and tell me i’m number one. after i looked up in shock he had a grin on his face and he said “pull up”...i was so shocked i couldn’t even believe what happened. it was around 8:30 and the man was tall and had some facial hair. if i don’t receive an email from a manger to make up this situation or some course of action to the man who flipped me off i will never come back to the mcdonald’s that i’ve been going to since i was a kid. the date was 4/26/20. 8:30pm never have been more in shock from a place that quotes and promotes how family friendly it when something like goes with zero repercussions. also they weren’t wearing any gear to slow the spread of Covid-19. i hope this issue gets solved cause where i work i would’ve been fired on the spot for...

Consistently surprised by the unpredictable pricing here! For a LONG time, they failed to follow suit with the $.99 any size drink, which annoyed me, but I came here anyway when it was more convenient. They FINALLY got on board with that, but their pricing changes with the wind, probably trying to compensate for lower drink prices, which negates the value. At EVERY McDonald's I've ever been to, I can order two hash browns (one for each of my kids) and expect to pay around $1.19-$1.49 for two. I just got charged $2.79 for two hash browns! I swear, they jack up their prices of ordinary menu items just to milk unsuspecting customers. It's abusive to diners who are accustomed to steady, predictable pricing at all other McDonald's. Problem after problem with this McDonald’s from the frappe lids not fitting, spilling all over me to the staff telling me they would give me a new frappe next time I came by. When I went to go redeem that they argued with me because the man did not give me his name or did not take mine. Fries always seem to taste old for some ungodly reason the cheese Burgers are saltier than the fries. They need all new staff. This place is a joke. Avoid at all cost. No customer service.
